It’s hard to believe that 2012 marks our 75th year in business. The changes that have occurred over that time both at our agency and in the insurance industry are mind-boggling. My father, Frank, would certainly be astounded.

One thing that hasn’t changed is that our business is still focused on taking care of people. This is what we strive to do every day by offering sound advice, maximizing value, and providing support when a claim occurs. We aren’t in a faraway place removed from our customers; we are just down the street. And, while more and more business is conducted by phone or online, we still often meet with you face-to-face, so our business remains a personal endeavor.

A highlight this year was Murphy Insurance being recognized with the Worcester Business Journal Family Business Award. It was truly an honor for our family and our entire team of professionals, who work so diligently each day to make our Agency great.
