A Permit is a legal document or license issued by a government authority that grants an individual the temporary authorization to operate a motor vehicle under certain conditions. Permits are typically issued to individuals who are learning to drive or who have not yet obtained a full driver’s license, allowing them to gain driving experience under supervision before obtaining full driving privileges.
